1. Hold down the Stop button on bluray player (not remote) for 8 seconds to do a hardware reset
2. Wait at least 30 seconds then turn it back on.
3. When you reach home screen press >>, 2, 8, 9, << on remote to change country.
4: Agree on all agreement.
5: Install apps.
